I have a 99 Pontiac grand am. The service engine light stats on but shows no code. What's wrong??

There car runs quiet and smooth the rally lights
don't work other than that nothing seems wrong.

I have the same issue, but for me it turns on and then after a couple days it turns off. these Grand Am cars are very faulty I think im just going to get a different one soon

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand am when I turn the ignition to start it dies and also I have 3 lights on the security light,service engine and TRAC OFF light what doies this mean? 8 Answers

You can start it and it dies right away like there is no fuel and it has a new pump n filter. also a few lights are on the service engine light,security light and now a TRAC OFF light!

I have a 99 pontiac grand am se 3.4L V6. The issue is that it starts and idles fine but as soon as I go to accelerate it just shuts off. It did have overheating issues but right after I fixed those it started doing this. I replaced the cam position sensor and also the engine coolant temp sensor and it didnt help. I was thinking of replacing the ignition coil packs and housi g but not sure if that would fix it. There are no check engine lights or stored codes . 4 Answers
