I have a 99 Pontiac Grand Am GT and my ABS and TRAC OFF lights are on but sometimes they go off and my car moves slow then after a couple minutes they come back on and it picks up speed.

The antilock brake system and the traction control system work together. When the computer detects a problem with the ABS the traction control system is disabled as well. Do as Tom said and look for a dirty or bad ABS sensor. HTH. -Jim

Its probably a broken wire on one of your front wheels. Thats my cars problem.

My front right wheel pulls to the right and when I go to higher speeds it rattles and makes all these banging noises and my ABS light and traction light come on when I turn the steering wheel or move it and it pulls to the right really bad.
