My horn doesn't work on my 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera S(3.3). The fuse is not blown, so what's the next step?

It's under the right side of the dash, you'll have to remove the cover to access it, here's a pic of what the relay looks like (click on pic) it's usually a small black box that unplugs, there may be a couple of them
