91 cutlass ciera misfiring

ive done everything electrical wires, plugs, and distributor caps, i disconnected each fuel injector, they all worked, cleaned out the throttle body, put a new harmonic balancer on, the cps was still working.  the only two things i can come up with now is its either a compression issue in one of the cylinders or it needs to be re timed.
