How do you remove the door panel on a 94 Audi 90?

I have removed the two edge screws and the one screw inside the door panel. How do I now remove the door panel?

The door panel is held in place with plastic retainer clips. These can removed with a door panel removal tool or a thin flat head screw driver. Be gentle and don't force it. The door panel is fragile and can be damaged easily.
