How do I fix my radio and lock fuse?

I'm putting in a new radio and I hear a click now my lock
buttons dont work and my GPS don't want to turn on or
the radio my electric button to unlock my car thats on my
keys dont work either which fuse do I change? Or how can
I fix this

Fuses are replaced rather than repaired. Find the fuse box and look for blown fuses.
