My headlights have suddenly turned off when driving.  I was given a paper
that if this ever happened I could take it to Ford, but I have lost this paper.  Do
I need this paper or do I just take my car to a Ford dealer.

Regarding the lost paper that you have mentioned. Don't worry about that just take it to your Ford / Mercury dealer and they will replace the module for an additional charge, and remember this is the correct way of doing this. Good luck my friend
