Gauges went out on speedometer and oil gauge

If they aren't digital, which I would pray for your pocketbooks sake that they are analog, it simply means that the cable that operates them has either lost it's taut-ness, or has become detached/broken. These cars are very common, so you should be able to get a new cable from a junkyard for a Crown Vic or Grand Marquis to replace it. (Its actually not to difficult to DIY with many vids on youtube). If its digital, let me know, Ill monitor your post and can help you with more detail! Best of luck!

I tend to think this is an electrical issue and not mechanical because It is blowing the fuse # 6. this car is a 2003 . the cluster is not digital ? None of the gauges work ?? Including speedo . Please help . Joerose63@msn.com
