What's the difference between the full exhaust of a
98-02 crown Vic vs 03+?  Like why wouldn't a 03+
exhaust kit be able to fit on an 98-02?

The panther was hydroformed '03-2011 much better handing rack and pinion too, suspension geometry changed wheel offset etc. I was on that project. last of 33 years of refinement Great Chassis Bullet Proof still sent to the middle east!
