About how much would it cost to fix an engine and oil issue for a 1998 mercury grand marquis?

Car cranks when i try to start it,
there's antifreeze coming out of the
cylinder, and there's a hole in the oil
can.

$100 for parts on ebay and I'd charge $200 for labor, but if you do it yourself you would save the labor cost.
