Iit's not a plug, it's a hose that comes through somewhere, tough to find, and maybe plugged? Are you talking about the water out of the a/c.(condenstion) ?

Yes. It usually comes out of the firewall on the passenger side ir towards the center. But i cant find on this car. It leaks when it rains on my passenger side so i figured it was clogged. I've had this problem with a past car and clearing the hose fixed her right up.
