what would make the floor of the passenger side wet?

the floor in the front and back passenger side  of the car is getting wet but the
surround doors are not leaking. it gets wet even when it does not rain.

The heater core will drain into the passenger floorboard when it is leaking. another less expensive option but less likely is condensation from the air conditioner. check your coolant.

The repair that worked for me was under the hood. There is a tubular air intake stack on the passenger side by the firewall. Disassemble and put liberal amounts of white silicon sealer at the deepest point - top and bottom. Let dry for a day then reassemble. Usually, the seal fails and water leaks to the passenger side rear floor. This fix worked for me - easy to do and cheap! No problems in over 3 years since!
