a/c works but not blowing air from face vents. air is coming from defrost and floor but not the face vents

why a/c is working but not blowing air from face vents. Air is coming vents when on defrost setting also while on defrost its coming from front dash as though defrost is needed. But none of the other setting on the panel work just the defrost. The air is cool that is coming from defrost.

Defrost is the failed default setting. Check the panel Actuator.
