Suspension won't pump up after tires put on

Had new tire put on yesterday and I turned
suspended off before they started. When they
were done I turned it back on and it wouldn't
pump up. I did everything I could find and even
stood on my head and nothing worked but I
could hear it trying. Could they have damaged
something yesterday because I did hear a
fudge bang as the where lowering the jacks on
each size of the car. Shouldn't they be
responsible to fix it because it fine and had no
problems prior. I only have 60,000 miles on it.

Yes, yes, and yes. They're liable for what has happened to your vehicle. Even when shut off, air suspension will try to keep the vehicle leveled. If they did not disengage the suspension properly the air bags will fill when lifted and pop because of 2 tons pressure on a balloon to hold your car up when lowered.

Disconnect battery for about 5-10 mins then start car and the air pump will start to raise up. I've done this several times
