What does it take to swap 4.6 Mustang GT engine
into a 98 Town Car. I'm looking to turn a 98 Town
Car into a badass sleeper. So I suppose the
question is duel (a) what would it take and (b)
would it be possible/cheaper to simply tune the
current engine to match a 'stang's?

If you have the engineering knowledge of Fords EEC system along with a competent electrical design skill set swap it.. More cost effective to simply upgrade (tune) the 4.6 in the Town Car.
