Blower runs full blast when shut off. Who's got the remedy?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Heater fan quit so replaced Blower Motor and Resister(both new). Now Blower Motor won't shut off. Do you think it's the Heater Controls that need replacing or something else is haunting my towny?

Switch is bad in dash control.
