1998 lincoln towncar drivers window working intermittently

drivers window works intermittently in our 1998 lincoln towncar, so I know that
the motor works. I replaced the master switch, and still didnt work. Can hear a
click when I try the switch. So is it the relay?

Check motor, remove door panel, with the window not working hold switch up or down depending then tap motor if it goes replace the motor, relays don't go bad as often as motors
