where is the computer that controls the a/c on a 96 town car

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Where is the computer that controls the a/c on a 96 town car? Can not get
the clutch to engage. Replaced the compressor and low side press switch.
(the compressor I took off was doing the same thing) high press switch
checked ok. No power at the Low pressure/clutch cycling switch.  Checked
the relays. What else can it be?
