1994 Lincoln Town Car Cartier

Car will turn over but will not start. I have changed the crankshaft sensor, Camshaft sensor and most all relays. What else could it be. It will start sometimes but not realible.

The crank sensor code didn't show up but it still cranks like in 5 10 min it turns on could it be that cus is not 100% bad that wy it dont show on the codes
