replaced starter , cranks but dont fire any one have any ideas

i have a 97 A4 2.8 quattro, where the start went out due to the ignition switch sticking in the start position. i replaced the starter and now the engine cranks over but doesn't fire. does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be

Check your ignition fuses and check for power to the coils.

normaly they are just at the side of the dash behind the panel when you open the door and relays are normaly under the dash. there is also to note a few relays under the computer cover.

I have a 2004 a4 1.8l audi that has a cel, code p0302, it is intermittent, it has 85,000 miles on it, it does it mostly after sitting for a while, So i changed plugs, all coils, swaped coils, swaped injectors, and when it does it the cel will flash , it is a miss fire but I.m lost , it is not going through any coolant, any ideas, when it runs it runs great, im at a loss, thanks for any help 3 Answers
