On my 1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, mine has always been missing, but what is it that i see on others.  It appears to be soft, flexible, possibly plastic and connects to the air cleaner and runs to a point in the right front corner of the engine bay behind the right front headlamp.  Thank you very much.
