How do I disable my car horn on 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee

My car horn goes off all on its own when the car get really cold. How do I
disable the horn until I can take into the repair shop?

pull the wire from the horn and tape it up to make sure it doesnt touch any grounds..

No idea where to find that wire. Is it under the steering wheel? Thank you!
