Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 has been diagnosed with a slight head gasket leak. It
has 89000 miles, in great repair, but needs tires. They estimated $2500. Is it worth it?

Thank you so much. I hate car payments but I hate throwing money away too!

I would do it but then again depends on how much you love your Jeep

Repairing a vehicle that has no other problems is cheaper than new payments. Tough decision. I repair, then if needed I can trade it in later. Non running car has only scrap value.
