If the window issue is a fuse......wouldn't it affect all windows at same time? If that window issue is a bad button, wouldnt driver door still operate ?

Check the wiring between the drivers door and the a-pillar. Usually the black wire is broken but other wires can also be broken causing this issue. Also check all the wiring between all the doors and the pillars they are attached to. You're driving a Jeep and this can be a normal issue. Fixed a bunch of them.
