Radiator Fan Not Working

Howdy, I bought a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a private seller. The vehicle's fan will
NOT kick and essentially overheat after about 10 minutes being on. The fan control
module/relay switch was replaced but it is still overheating. The fuse is still good and it
doesn't overheat as fast naturally when you're moving.

Does anyone have an idea what this may truly be?

For testing purposes connect the fan directly to the battery. If it doesn't come on then, it's the fan motor. Hope that helps! Jim

    Fan not working. I can manually turn it so it's not obstructed. I have no heat no air nothing blowing at all. Blower fan motor was replaced but since nothing.
