Is my 2000 jeep grand cherokee laredo a rear wheel, front wheel or all wheel?

The 2000 did not have AWD available they are either 4X4 or 2WD. The difference being AWD has no driver input. Since the 2WD is rear wheel drive, you can't tell by looking for a driveshaft, there is one there regardless. You have to look for 4X4 controls if it has them. If none, it's 2WD

Oops, I didn't see the fine print. You know it's not 4 wheel drive. So its 2WD but thanks for the answer click

I have a 2001 grand cheerokee Laredo...jeep....mine is a rear wheel drive...usually if the jeep does not say 4x4 on it...its a 2 wheel drive...
