Ive checked blend door operation, actuator and heater core, all good

Is there coolant flow to and from heater core? Check the heater control valve on the heater hose or near thermostat, Google or YT vids for it's location. A bad HCV will prevent flow to heater core. If that's good, then you may still have restricted or no flow in heater core itself, may have to remove heater hoses and connect to a hose and see if water can pass through it.

This is a ZJ body with automatic temp control system. I removed heater core hoses yesterday and had good flow. I removed mode door actuator and moved blend door by hand and still little or no heat...thx
