Anyone experience problems after replacing a Jeep Grand Cherokee Crank Sensnor?
I recently put a new crank position sensor in my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
It was stalling intermittently. It no longer stalls randomly but when the engine
heats to 150 degrees or so it begins to misfire and shake and stalls. I can
restart it and eventually it gets to 210 degrees and smooths out, then drives
normally till it sets overnight when it completely cools. I am getting a 0391
error code So I replaced the camm position sensor (disc in coil) but that did
not fix it. I am still getting the same code and the same poor run/stalling at
150 degrees. I used a $75 crank sensor from Advanced Auto and a $30
Camm sensor. Anyone have any more suggestions? Temp sensor?
