why does my jeep stall and squeal while pushing the gas and continue to squeal while driving??

we just changed the serpintine belt and the harmonic balancer so i really dont
know what else it could be if you could help me out id really appreciate it!

When the belt was off, did you check the tensioner pulley? if it is not providing enough tension, or of the pulley bearings are bad, it can cause the belt to slip and squeal.
