how to access stabilizer bar bushings on 2004 santa fe 2.7

I'm getting the worn out stabilizer/sway bar bushing clunk. But I can't seem to
be able to get to the bushing bracket bolts from the recommended way-
through the wheel well. What's the best way to get to the 14mm bolts to change
the bushings? From below? Do I have to remove something else first (hope
not)? The sub frame cross member is partially blocking it but is there a trying to
accessing the bolts? Please advise.

Put it up on jack stands and remove the large plastic cover that covers the bottom of the engine and work from underneath the car.
