Timing belt no crank

The most likely cause I can come up with is that the camshaft timing is not correct. When you install the timing belt, you have to align the marks on the crankshaft and camshaft pulleys. After replacing the belt you must align the pulleys to the mark on your engine which marks the point that your no.1 cylinder is TDC (top dead-center). If its not TDC then the engine cannot start. DO NOT ROTATE THE PULLEYS INDIVIDUALLY, you must only do this with the belt replaced and tensioned, if not you risk causing the pistons hitting the valve and damaging them. In your car's service manual it will show you pictures and directions on how to align it.
