Am driving A4 2002 Maltitronic 2.4 V6 I struggle to start and sometimes shekes the body when idling.

Sounds like a miss fire. Pull all your plugs put them to there respective wires and set them near a metal surface. Turn your key and watch for spark. Also check your plugs for ware while your at it as you most likely have a fouled plug. If your getting iratic spark from the plugs you need to replace All them. I recomend the best bosh plugs you can find. they are a little pricy but worth every penny.
