If you are asking about a dealer, be careful reading/signing the papers. They slip in a $500 "Documentation Fee" and have the rebates (on new cars) "assigned" to themselves. Anything is legal if you agree to it. If you don't understand it, don't sign it...walk out. And yes, in Penna we have a 6% sales tax. Just ask for an itemized list of fees.

I'm not a CarGurus person. I think CarGurus charges the seller $100 if the vehicle sells.
