I have a 05 gmc sierra with a 4.8 what mods would need to be done to put a 6.0 in?

The computer should be it! You could also get the old computer reprogrammed by a reputable shop! I know of one in Charlotte N.C. That does reprogramming as well as general tunes! They do a lot of vette work also!
