The instrument panel with all of the gages have died and the code port has no power to it, now what?

what do I do with this truck? Instrument panel went crazy, gages dropped and
came back up. And stuck at the following: RPMs 1500, Speed-sitting still- is 57
mph.,temp is in normal range, code port is dead. has no power to it.

Did you ever track down the issue? I'm having similar issues with a 2002 s430. My display went drad and stuck in a random pattern and I can only use the accessories when I tap or hold the break pedal...thinking a relay or rotted clipto the ecm
