What do i look for to fix

Dash Gages and Speedo all stoped working

I had this exact same problem with a 2000 3500. shop manual and investigation proved it to be a defective ignition switch problem. Cost for DIY parts was a little over $100. Difficulty for home mechanic was 6-7 of 10. Time reqd for me was 7-9 hrs. (45=plus yrs as shade-tree mechanic.
