A/C problem

Hello everyone I have a issue with my 2002 dodge
grand caravan. My a/c stopped blowing cold air
and I noticed that my cooling fan only came on
when the engine got hot. I did some research and
found out that the relay could be out. Replaced the
relay and still had the same problem. I did more
research and found out about the high pressure
switch and while fiddling with it I noticed that if I
unplugged it and put it back on the fan would
come on. But still no cold air. And when I turned off
the vehicle and started it back I would have to
unplug the switch and plug it back to have the a/c
fan to come on again. I replaced the switch but it
still has the same issues no cold air and fan only
coming on when high pressure switch is
unplugged and plugged back in. If anyone has any
information on what to do to fix this it would be
greatly appreciated thank you.

I had it vacuumed out. And when they tried to add new freon it wouldn't even take a half of a container.
