What do the manufacturers wire colors transfer to the oxygen sensor colors?

Oxygen sensor colors 2 white, black, gray.
Manufacturers colors 2 black, green, black
with orange stripe

I have the colors for the o2 sensor. I need to know how they connect properly together, because the vehicle does not have decipherable colors for me to connect properly. Can you help with this?

I don't understand the O2 sensor has a 4 pin plug attached why do you need to figure anything out?

Because it has a universal adapter had to put that in because original one melted
