Did you check the cluster fuse? You see the fuse in diagram. It goes hot with key on, use a test light to check voltage at the fuse. At the sending units, there needs to be voltage, key on, w/o that you get nothing. Voltage and ground are important. Could be problem with fuse--wiring circuit--instrument cluster--I doubt all sending units would go faulty at the same time.
