cycling thru pt cruiser help sections and i spotted a chip advertised to boost h.p ang improved gas milage does anyone have any info,................thank you ,rick riccardi

This would be good to have answered for any Chrysler vehicle. I have wondered of those chips could creat unknown mechanical problems with the vehicle later on down the road.

BEWARE of any HP improvements found in a help section,other poster is right,it will cause problems sooner than later.

you have to ask the dealer if it is compatible... some have flaws even the stock chips so there's no guarantee what it could do to your car...
