Why does my pt cruiser shake while in drive and why doesn't the compressor turn on

I have change motor oil ,transmission also
flushed radiator replaced all four motor
mounts and also the camahafts

The shaking maybe that it needs a tuneup and the compressor not coming on low or no refrigerant in the cooling system.
