Have a chemical block test done to eliminate a blown head gasket and exhaust fumes getting into the cooling system. Make sure the catalytic converter is not clogged. Make sure you have no leaks of coolant. Make sure your radiator fan is operational with the AC off as it is cranked cool and reaches normal operation temperature. Make sure the coolant is full allow to purge when filling. Squeeze the radiator hose when cool. It should be cool and pliable and easy to squeeze. As the engine warms up the hose should get hot and stiffen meaning the thermostat is opening and the fan should turn on.
