2002 pt cruiser passenger side wheel

the passenger side wheel point in a different direction of the driver side. It also
shakes violently when i attempt to drive it. What is broken?

It is hard to say without getting under the vehicle. Pointing in a different direction, I would suspect the tie rod end, or controls arm, or ball joint, or even a broken strut spring. Have a shop look it over and repair, the car is not safe to drive like what you are describing, and you will soon wear out your tires as well.
