The fan is coming on when the car is turned off. Ive had the car for 1 yr & fan has never ran with car off & next thing i know my batterys dead & car dies if i take my foot off the gas

When i got to work the other day i got
out of my 93 New Yorker Salon 3.3 liter
& i noticed the fan was still running
with the car turned off, which grabbed
my attention immeditly because Ive had
is car for a yr & the fan has never
continued to run while the car is turned
off. I thought it eas wierd & went on
into work. So when i got off work i get
into my car & all inside lights were dim
& the car eouldnt start. I had to get a
jump from a coworker. I get home 15
miles away, turn off the car & NO fan
is running. The next day my car started
right up & off to work & again i get out
of my car at work & the fan is running
with the car off again. So i came out on
lunch & it starts right up except this
time it goes back dead almost
immeditely. So i started back up & as
soon as i take my foot off the gas it
dies. I let it run for around 5 mins with
my foot lightly on the gas but i take
foot off gas & dies again.Well i get off
work & battery is dead again. I get
another jump & i had to hold the gas
petal down the whole home so it wouldnt
die on me. I get home 15 miles, got in
my driveway & as soon as i took my foot
off the gas it died. Ive never had a
problem out of this car until this fan
thing, running while car is off. Now the
battery dies & the car if i dont keep
my foot on the gas it goes dead also. If
anyone has a solution to these issues,
battery dieing & foot on gas & fan
