1990 Chrysler Lebaron Digital Dashboard Replacement?

My digital dashboard went completely dead, a capacitor blew on the power supply board, and it did not work when I resoldered another one in.  Anyone know where I can get a replacement?  Checked all the local junk yards, and went to local dealer only to find it cost $739, probably more than the car.  My car is in really good shape, but obviously useless without it.  Apparently any early 90's dashboard will fit.

I have the exact same problem you had and am looking for a fix. No one seems to have any answers, but his style dash has been use in many models, so there must be a fix. Can you help?
