Why is my 2007 civic still misfiring

Have 07 coupe 1.8 Manuel car went into limp mode
catalytic converter was the issue in the obd2
swapped it still had misfires on all cylinders so
changed spark plugs injectors and coils 2 misfires
went away but still have cylinders 2 and 4 misfiring
really confused on what it could be regular
maintenance always done 143k miles on odometer
no burning oil either drives fine until it goes into limp
mode any advice ?

The catalytic converter was ruined by the misfiring. Your new one will be too. Compression test cylinders two and four since you replaced the fuel injectors, ignition coils, and spark plugs. If your engine uses spark plug wires, they should be replaced as well. You can also move the misfiring coils to the firing cylinders and see if the misfiring follows the coils. In other words put coils 2 and 4 on cylinders 1 and 3. If 1 and 3 start misfiring the coils are bad. Hope that helps! Jim
