05 ford taurus tail light, flashlights not working

Asked by Friendlycarlos Sep 21, 2020 at 02:02 AM about the 2005 Ford Taurus SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Recently had a little collision to my passenger side
headlamp and had to replace the headlight
assembly and rewire the blinker . After the collision
I noticed my dashboard wasn't lighting, neither
were my temperature switches. My taillights won't
light at night but my brake light do work when I
brake .what can I do to fix this ? I've checked my
fuses but all seem fine to me

As you found out the collision did more damage than the headlight assembly. You will need to have the wiring checked. You said you rewired the turn signal. Was the car battery disconnected at that time?
