Car problems

Car doesn't wanna go I can floor it and the rpms
will go up but the car will not go over 45 it doesn't
wanna shift I've replaced the coil pack mass air
flow sensor and throttle control sensor what can
be wrong with it any help would be very
appreciative

Possible catalytic converter? Engine holding back or is the trany slipping? The Mass Air Flow Sensor could cause this but I see you replaced it.
