What's the proper psi for a good full charge

Proper psi varies with air temperature. The best most accurate was to charge is to weigh the refrigerant and charge the exact amount that Ford specifies. This is usually listed on a sticker that is under the hood.

kg is kilograms and that is the weight, psi is a pressure measurement. When the manufacturer charges a/c systems the weigh the refrigerant and they have no concern for pressure. A/C can be recharged by using the pressure, but it is not an exact science.

Manufacturers recommendations for your system. An HVAC professional can take care of this for you... Don't take unnecessary risks and blow up your compressor and condenser.
