Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need to replace my automatic tranny with Zetec motor and I have a 5 spd from a Split port motor.  are these interchangeable?  besides the clutch issues.
Thanks

going from a auto to a 5 speed, its going to be more than clutch issues, not sure if it will even hook up to your motor.unless you have plenty of $$$$$$$$$ to sink into this, eather have your auto rebuilt or replace with another auto.
